Paving Schedule 2025
Dear Residents,
As many of you are aware, the Association has been actively working on paving our community roadways in accordance with the 2025 budget and the approved paving bid.
Starting Monday, September 15th, milling of Country Place Drive will begin and ending on Friday, September 19th. This is a necessary step before paving can occur, and it will cause delays. Please plan accordingly and consider leaving earlier than usual to avoid any inconvenience.
We ask for your patience and cooperation during this time:
Do not confront or ignore traffic control personnel. Do not attempt to bypass traffic control or equipment as doing so puts both you and the workers at serious risk. The initial sections of Country Place Drive by Classic Drive will not have detours as sideroads are not established for detours. Once milling reaches the Brentwood Drive/Sundew 4-way stop, detour routes will be established and marked. Please also remember:
The community speed limit is 25 MPH. While navigating the detours, we urge everyone to slow down and stay alert. School bus schedules may be affected, so please be prepared for possible adjustments. Emergency Services has been made aware and will plan accordingly should an emergency arise. After the milling, paving will take place in the same pattern of the milling, then the installation of shoulders. This process will be anticipated for 2-3 weeks (weather dependent).
Additionally, spike strips will be installed at the exit gate. Once in place, clear signage will indicate their presence. Vehicles attempting to enter through the exit will be severely impacted, as the spike strips will damage tires.
We appreciate your understanding as we continue to make much-needed improvements to our infrastructure, in line with the Association's 10-Year Paving Plan.
Thank you for your ongoing commitment to safety, compliance, and keeping our community a great place to live.
